Name: Crocus (Crocus)
Description: Grown for their cheery looking, wine goblet shaped flowers. Crocus look fantastic grown in beds, lawns or containers. The spice saffron comes from an autumn flowering crocus. Most prefer a sunny spot.

Name: Hyacinth (Hyacinthus)
Description: Clump forming bulbs. A flowering spike bearing lots of small, waxy, bell-shaped, very fragrant flowers is born above the semi-erect, wide leaves. Very effective is planted in large masses and makes a great indoor bulb.

Name: Daffodil (Narcissus)
Description: An early blooming bulb with a solitary nodding flower or cluster of flowers. Daffodils look wonderful naturalised in lawns, but remember to feed and don’t mow off the leaves. Enjoys direct sun but will survive partial shade.

Description: A spreading, deciduous bushy shrub that in mid-winter bears the most wonderfully scented clusters of small flowers on the bare stems. The leaves follow, but it does look a little dull for the rest of the year.
