Deciduous shrub with bronze young foliage becoming dark green in Summer before turning golden-purple in Autumn. Clusters of pale pink flowers are followed by the real attraction of dark violet berry clusters in Autumn, carried on bare stems in Winter. A very eye-catching shrub in any garden or border.

Full sun or part shade, being Hardy on all soils. Prune back stems in early Spring, if necessary, cutting back to a permanent framework.
